Who is Fionna McCool?

If I had to describe what Fionna McCool is in one word, it would be this:
“Self-indulgence.” That might not sound like the most positive word, but to me, it symbolizes making art inspired by what I love the most in life: Stylish clothes I can’t afford, pretty girls who dress better than me, the K-Pop girl groups I listen to in my headphones, fictional characters from my latest hyperfixation, seeing all the flowers bloom in the spring and summer, the works of my favorite illustrators…If I get to draw what I love, then it makes everything worth it in the end. When people buy my goods, they do so because they’ve finally found someone who likes the same things they do. I don’t want to cash in on trendy things when I don’t feel passionate about them - my art comes from a place of sincere enjoyment, first and foremost.
